But what about all this "chicks in leather" business Scot?

Alright already.

First, please note that very few women realize how sexy leather fashion is, (especially those who have never worn any leather more fashionable than a jacket), and the effect it has on the average red-blooded male. It took it's big turn in the 80s, which is when I discovered it. Being a club DJ, it wasn't hard to look at Madonna-wanna-bees in spike heel ankle boots, fishnet stockings, leather mini skirts and bustiers. Funny how it all surfaced again a few years ago. (See the limo photo below.) And luckily, leather is expensive so lots of the pants and skirts still make it to the night life scene on a regular basis.

Over the years I've just found leather fashion intriguing. I've also found a soft spot for OTK boots. But don't get me started on that. So, as you can tell, I like leather. I like women in leather more. I'd like to see more women in more leather. LOL And if you're a woman, and you own leather, and you own it because you want to own it and not because your husband/boyfriend/significant other bought it for you and you loath wearing it, then we would certainly get along. And, as everyone who knows me and my dance parties knows, there's no better place to show up in leather than at my gigs. You'll get all the requests you want played, free stuff like CDs and tee-shirts, and many, many photos taken of you by me. :-)

Oh, and yes, I'm happily married to a wonderful woman who not only tolerates my leather fetish, but entertains it, and enjoys her fashions as much as I. (And, she doesn't have a jealous bone in her body.) 

So, that's just one small facet of why I always keep a camera with my when I'm DJing. I love to take photos of my audience (obviously), but I also like to be ready when my vigilant and keen eye catches a leather-clad fashion surprise. <Wink!> Also, if you haven't already found it on this site, I happen to be a professional photographer, (day job), with a fairly large fashion photography portfolio. Leather's my favorite, so if you've got a killer wardrobe, we need to talk. :-)
